Built in 2007, Glengarra Place has beautiful 540 square foot, one-bedroom apartments with full kitchens. This “smoke-free” property was designed for individuals 62 and over, and we have great amenities: several common social areas, a community garden, on-site coin-op laundry, an elevator system, and code access entry. All floor plans are similar and offer hot water heating and individual air conditioning. Each resident pays for electricity, however, there is a small utility allowance through HUD. Please call for details.
